Things remained peaceful due 2 the level of transport tech at the time & also the missing land & continents lost during The Flood or the ancient war that might B the Finno-Korean Hyperwar or the 4/5 Battle a few centuries earlier, in which the former depleted civilis/zation of technological advancements for 1000's of years.
