Visuals:

• An image of Mt. Paektu from a distance zooming in gradually, fades into a shot of the Heaven Lake within the mountain that pans from left to right, followed by the national flag waving from the right hand side, A model of the Chollima Statue fades into the flag footage & rotates slightly counter-clockwise before the text in white reading 조선중앙탤리비젼 fades in at the bottom of the screen.

Variants: Later versions updated the shots of the mountain over time, from 1999 or 2003 onwards the statue was a left facing image that moved from the left gradually upwards to the center. In 2013/4-17 the flag moved slightly with the statue, this time at a similar angle to the 1st variant, the flag became high definition by 2017, then in 2022, the right facing image returned, by 2024 the panning scene was replaced with aerial footage. The text would have a black outline from the 2000s until 2017, then from this point the text zoomed in alongside fading in with a slight gradient for the outline.

As of 1992, Kaesong TV (today's Ryongnamsan TV) used the first color variant of the logo but with the subtitle "개성텔리비젼".
